1. About KaarKoo

KaarKoo (kaarkoo.co.uk) is a free job board connecting Iranian job seekers and employers in the United Kingdom. The service is operated by Peyvand Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as KaarKoo (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KaarKoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

KaarKoo is intended for individuals based in the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Posting Listings

When you post a job advertisement or a seeker profile, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• You have the legal right to share any contact details provided
• The role or profile is genuine and lawful under UK law
• You will not post duplicate, spam, or test listings
• You will not advertise roles that require unpaid or illegal labour

5. Prohibited Content

You must not post listings that:

• Discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010 — including age, disability, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation
• Advertise illegal activities or unlawful roles
• Contain false, fraudulent, or deceptive information
• Violate any applicable UK law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

6. Moderation

All listings are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to approve, reject, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without providing a reason. Repeated violations may result in access being restricted.

7. Contact Information

By providing contact details (phone number, WhatsApp, Telegram handle, Instagram handle, or email address), you consent to being contacted by other users through those channels in connection with your listing. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and ownership of any contact details you provide.

8. Not an Employment Agency

KaarKoo is a listing platform only. We are not an employment agency within the meaning of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and do not act as an intermediary in any employment contract. We do not verify the identity, qualifications, or legitimacy of any poster, employer, or job seeker. We make no guarantee of job placements or the accuracy of any listing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peyvand Ltd is not liable for:

• Any loss arising from reliance on information contained in listings
• Any disputes, interactions, or transactions between employers and job seekers
• Any loss of data, income, opportunity, or business
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Intellectual Property

The KaarKoo name, logo, and design are the intellectual property of Peyvand Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform for as long as your listing is active.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of KaarKoo after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of KaarKoo will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
